    WELCOME TO DELHI

    On arrival at the airport, you will meet your guide and proceed to your hotel to unpack and relax for the evening. Enjoy a welcome dinner with your fellow travelers in Delhi.

    DEHLI

    Today we visit the famous mosque Jama Masjid one of the largest mosque of India followed by a rickshaw ride at one of the oldest and largest markets in Delhi. We will also visit the India Gate, an important memorial monument. Afterward, visit Qutub Minar and Humayun’s Tomb, both famous UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

    DEHLI – AGRA

    Today we make our way to Agra by road where you’ll experience the grandeur of the great Mughal Empire by having a look at various sites of historical importance. We will visit the Taj Mahal, the monument built of white marble standing as a symbol of never - ending love shared between Shahjahan and his wife Mumtaz. This is listed as one of the ‘Seven Wonders of the world’. Also you will be taken to Agra Fort, Tomb of Itmad - Ud - Daulah (built by Noor Jahan in the sweet memory of her father) and local markets for shopping and eating out.

    MUMBAI

    We begin our morning with a visit to the Gateway of India, an arch-monument built in the early twentieth century. We will visit St. Thomas Cathedral, a 300 year old church, one of the oldest churches in India. From here, we visit the Cathedral of the Holy Name, the seat of the Archbishop of Bombay and headquarters of the Archdiocese of Bombay. In the afternoon, we visit Sri Sri Radha Gopinath Temple, modeled after the temples of Vrindavan.

    GOA

    Today we board our flight to Goa and will be greeted by our guide and driver. Goa is a state in western India with coastlines stretching along the Arabian Sea. Its long history as a Portuguese colony prior to 1961 is evident in its tropical spice plantations. Goa is also known for its beaches. We’ll spend some time relaxing by the beach. In the afternoon, we will have any opportunity to visit some of the shops in Goa to do some souvenir shopping.

    Today we have a trip to the Kerala backwaters, peaceful and picturesque palm-lined network of lagoons, lakes, rivers, and canals that run inland from the coast of Kerala and are used by locals for transport, fishing, and agriculture.

    CHENNAI

    Today we will visit Santhome, Basilica of St. Thomas the Apostle, built in the 16th century by Portuguese explorers over the tomb of Saint Thomas, one of the twelve apostles of Jesus. We will explore the Basilica of Our Lady of Good Health, also known as, Our Lady of Velankanni. This is the title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary as she twice appeared in the town of Velankanni in the 16th and 17th centuries.

    KOLKATTA

    Today we board our flight to Kolkatta. We will be greeted by our guide and driver. We’ll enjoy a panoramic tour on our way to the hotel to unpack before starting the tour. Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) is the capital of India's West Bengal state. Today it’s known for its grand colonial architecture, art galleries and cultural festivals. It’s also home to Mother House, headquarters of the Missionaries of Charity, founded by Mother Teresa, whose tomb is on site.

    KOLKATTA

    We continue with our tour of Kolkatta. Today we will visit the Victoria Memorial, the grand museum for art and India history. We will also visit the Dakshineswar Kali Temple, the striking 19th-century spiritual complex. Afterwards will take you the famous Howrah Bridge, also known as the Rabindra Setu. It is the third longest bridge in the world. Built over the sacred Ganges, the river looks beautiful from the bridge.

    HYDERABAD

    Today we board our flight to Hyderabad, where we will be greeted by our guide and driver. Enjoy a panoramic tour on your way to the hotel to unpack. Hyderabad is the capital of southern India's Telangana state. A major center for the technology industry, it's home to many upscale restaurants and shops.

    HYDERABAD

    We continue our tour of Hyderabad today. We will visit such sites as the Charminar, iconic mosque with 4 minarets and arches. We’ll also visit Golconda Fort, the fortress complex famed for acoustics. In the afternoon, we’ll spend some time browsing the antiques and ‘attar’ (fragrant essential oil) of Laad Bazaar Street. This is also a good opportunity to pick up souvenirs. Enjoy the evening in Hyderabad.
