We arrive in Munich, Germany. Upon arrival at the Bavarian
capital, you will be greeted by your tour guide and driver at the airport. Enjoy
a panoramic tour on the way to your hotel. Relax and settle in as you enjoy a
welcome dinner with your fellow pilgrims.
OBERAMMERGAU
Today we continue to Oberammergau, where the afternoon and
evening are dedicated to the world-famous Passion Play. This play is only
celebrated every 10 years!
OBERAMMERGAU - MUNICH
Today we will spend a leisurely morning in Oberammergau. In
the afternoon, we will visit Marienplatz and explore its many enticing shops.
FÁILTE (WELCOME) TO DUBLIN - CLONMACNOISE - WESTPORT
Today we board our flight to Ireland. Upon arrival in
Dublin, you will be greeted by your guide. We will visit the monastic
settlement of Clonmacnoise, one of Ireland’s most celebrated holy places, where
we see the 12th century round tower and ancient High Crosses, as well as the
many churches and temples at this hollowed site. Afterwards, we continue to
Westport for a panoramic tour of this charming town. Enjoy a welcome dinner at
your hotel.
WESTPORT: EXCURSION TO KNOCK & BALLINTUBBER
This morning we enjoy an excursion to Knock, visited each
year by more than 1.5 million pilgrims. Upon arriving here as a pilgrim in the
autumn of 1979, Pope John Paul II declared: “Now I am at the goal of my
pilgrimage to Ireland!” We will enjoy a guided tour of the Shrine’s grounds to
learn the story of the apparitions here. We celebrate Mass then afterwards make
our way to Claremorris, we visit Ballintubber Abbey where Mass has been
celebrated daily for over 800 years! St. Patrick baptized converts at a well,
and this was the traditional starting point for the annual pilgrimage to the
Holy Mountain of Croagh Patrick.
WESTPORT - BURREN - CLIFFS OF MOHER
Today we leave Westport and head south, passing through the
mesmerizing landscapes of The Burren region. Its stone formations have lain
unspoiled since the ice age. We stop at the town of Ballyvaughan for Mass this
morning. We then drive to the Cliffs of Moher, sheer cliffs dropping 600 feet
to the water below. We continue our journey to Killarney.
RING OF KERRY & CRUISE ON THE LAKE KILLARNEY
This morning we join the local community in Killarney for
Mass at St. Mary’s Cathedral. Then we are off for a scenic ride around a
portion of the famed Ring of Kerry. This afternoon we enjoy a relaxing cruise
on Lough Leane, the most famous of the Lakes of Killarney. Dinner tonight is on
our own to explore the local pub scene.
CAHIR CASTLE - ROCK OF CASHEL
This morning we travel first to County Tipperary to visit
Cahir Castle, one of the largest castles in Ireland, sited on an island in the
River Suir. Construction of the castle began in 1142 AD by Conor O’Brien,
Prince of Thomond. After our visit, we continue on to the Rock of Cashel.
Possibly the most photographed site in Ireland, the Rock of Cashel is one of
Ireland’s leading tourist attractions. Here, in 450 AD, St. Patrick baptized
King Aengus. We tour the ruins here, including Cashel Cathedral, still in very
good condition given its age. Granted to the church in the 12th century, the
Rock became the seat of the archbishop of Cashel. Today, impressive stone walls
enclose a round tower, a cathedral, a 12th century Romanesque chapel, and high
crosses.
DUBLIN - GUINNESS STOREHOUSE
Today we enjoy a sightseeing tour around the city. We will
see Georgian Dublin, visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral (Church of Ireland), and
also Christ Church Cathedral. We will also visit Trinity College, where the
famous Book of Kells is kept. We celebrate Mass at Whitefriar Street Church.
Afterwards, we enjoy a guided tour to the famous Guinness Storehouse.
DUBLIN - GLENDALOUGH
We depart for Glendalough - the Glen between the Two Lakes,
one of Ireland’s most beloved early Monastic sites. According to legend, St.
Kevin retired to this spot to be alone, living as a hermit for years. We
celebrate Mass at St. Kevin’s Church. We return to Dublin for the rest of the
day at leisure.
DUBLIN - USA
Today we board our return flight home. This concludes our
services.

Making any payments (cash, credit/debit card or otherwise) towards any tour constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all terms, conditions, and liability waiver stated herein. Holy Travel Inc. shall be referred to as HTI within the following text.
All travelers, including US citizens and other nationalities, require a valid passport. Passports must be valid at least six months beyond trip return date. For more information, please inquire with the US Department of State or the appropriate embassies.
Registration and Deposits:
A minimum deposit of $400 per person is required upon registration along with a signed copy of the registration form, if registering by mail. Registrations cannot be taken by telephone. Registrations are processed in the order received by HTI, if registering by mail. Balance of payment is due 100 days prior to departure. Late payments are subject to a non-refundable $150 late fee, per day. Late registrations (fewer than 100 days) must be accompanied by full payment by cashier’s check (Including the optional travel protection plan payment, if applicable), plus a non-refundable $500 late fee; The same applies if purchasing through website. HTI reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not paid in full 99 days prior to departure and to charge cancellation fees/penalties indicated below. A non-refundable $50 fee will be charged on all checks and online payments returned by our bank.
Travel Warning:
Please be advised that if there is a travel warning issued by the Department of State, cancellation for this reason will not constitute grounds for refund of the cancellation fees listed below.
Please note all cancellations and/or payments (balance) will be credited as coupon, minus any cancellation fees, including credit card processing fees. Coupon must be used within 24 months from initial payment date.
All cancellations must be received by HTI in writing by email or mail through the following:
1)A non-refundable 10% of tour price (Including the optional travel protection plan payment, if applicable) if cancelled any time up to 240 days prior to the tour’s departure date;
2)A non-refundable 10% of tour price plus $350 (Including the optional travel protection plan payment, if applicable) if cancelled 149 to 101 days prior to the tour’s departure date;
3)$800 plus any non-refundable amounts paid to and/or penalties for travel services (up to the total cost of the tour) if cancelled up to 91 days prior to the tour’s departure date.
The above cancellation fees and/or penalties will also apply if you register for an optional extension or airline routing, and you decide to cancel or change any of these. HTI strongly recommends a Travel Protection Plan. Dial (844)772-7717 for more information regarding the Travel Protection Plan.
Changes in Package:
After initial sales order, invoicing, and/or receipt, any change in package from air inclusive to “land only” or vice versa is subject to a non-refundable $300 per person per change processing fee. Any remaining balance will be credited as a coupon.
Tour Operation & Cancellation:
While no changes are anticipated, HTI expressly reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the tour or to make any changes to the date of travel and/or itinerary, for any reason as HTI sees fit, or whenever it deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour participants. In the event of any alteration to the travel date and/or itinerary, every effort will be made to substitute the altered with a comparable replacement. If a tour is cancelled in its entirety by HTI, full refunds shall be issued as a credit coupon within three weeks of such cancellation (valid within 24 months from initial payment). This will constitute in full, HTI’s obligation to you and HTI bears no further responsibility beyond the full refund. HTI shall not be held liable and hereby expressly disclaims liability for any loss, expense, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of any tour cancellation or changes made to the travel date and/or itinerary. Furthermore, HTI is not responsible for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements.
Cancellation Beyond HTI’s Control:
HTI expressly disclaims any responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred due to cancellation or alteration of the tour resulting from, but not limited to: cancellations due to travel advisories or warnings issued by the State Department or any other relevant authority, acts of war, war, terrorism, internal conflicts within countries of destination, acts of God, natural disasters or any other circumstance beyond HTI’s control. In such case, HTI will assist you in requesting refunds (coupon credit) for all services prepaid but not rendered, less a non-refundable $1800 per person administrative fee and other related costs. HTI shall not be held responsible for any non-recoverable amounts disbursed to carriers or other service providers on your behalf.
Unpaid Balances:
In case of travelers not completing their full payment up to departure date, they will be responsible for paying all expenses regarding litigation (lawyers, disputes, arbitration, etc.) in addition to a $500 penalty fee, per day.
Travel Protection Plan:
Travel Protection Plans are offered by Travel Insured International and are strongly recommended. A Travel Protection Plan enrollment form consisting of description of coverage will be provided by email or mail, as per your request. The plan fee is based on the tour price and taxes (as well as single room supplement and airline add-ons, if applicable) and will appear as an optional item on your invoice. Some benefits are time sensitive so we recommend all travelers purchase a plan at the time of initial trip deposit. Travel Protection is non-refundable 14 days after purchase.
Health:
Most foreign countries do not conform to the USA Disabilities Act Standard. HTI cannot provide individual assistance to tour members for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches or transportation vehicles. Participants who need such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion at all times and at their own expense. Furthermore, while HTI cannot accept responsibility for providing access to all facilities included in a tour, HTI will make every effort to assist in providing mobility aides to the extent feasible and with applicable costs borne by the participant. HTI assumes no responsibly for the participant’s inability to fully participate in the tour, nor can HTI provide any refund for non-participation in any part of the tour.
Air Transportation:
All airline tickets are round-trip economy class, including one checked luggage piece and are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise. It is the traveler’s responsibility for providing HTI and the airlines with their information as indicated in their passport. Once traveler receives issued ticket from HTI, it is also their responsibility to confirm their information is correct as indicated in their passport. If there is any issue or mistake, it is their responsibility to contact the airline to correct the problem. Any cancellation, itinerary changes, or failure to use confirmed space would be subject to penalties and/or fees levied by the airline at the time of ticketing. Airfare, airline carrier, and airline schedules are subject to change without notice. Airline and cruise fuel surcharges and security fee surcharges (if any) that occur after the date of printing of any promotional materials, brochure, website, and social media are the responsibility of the passenger.
Deviations:
Passengers arranging their own flights are responsible for meeting the group at the first hotel of the group’s itinerary. HTI is not responsible for itinerary changes necessitated by changes in the airline’s schedule.
Deviations from the group flight itinerary are not possible. If you wish to make your own airline arrangements and purchase the ‘land only’ version of the tour package, please contact our office for the ‘land only’ pricing.
Airline Seating, Frequent Flyer & Meal Requests:
Seating is on a group basis only. HTI cannot accommodate any individual request. HTI advises that you contact the airline for frequent flyer miles and special meal requests two weeks prior to departure. Baggage is at risk at all times. We strongly suggest that you bring only one piece of checked luggage and one carry-on. Porterage is included at hotels only for one piece of luggage; the passenger is responsible at all time for carrying carry-on luggage. No porterage at airports.
Hotel Accommodations:
Tour prices are based on double/twin accommodations with private bathroom facilities (limited number of single rooms available). No price reduction for triple rooms. Triple room consists of twin/double room plus a rollaway bed, or whatever is provided by the hotel and confirmation is based on availability.
If no roommate is available for you or your roommate cancels prior to departure, it is your sole responsibility to find a roommate, otherwise, a single supplement surcharge will apply automatically. You will not be able to travel unless paid in full prior to departure, as specified in single supplement amount.
Porterage is included at hotels only for one piece of luggage; the passenger is responsible at all time for carrying carry-on luggage. No porterage at airports.
Baggage and personal items are at risk at all times. HTI and hotels shall not be held liable for lost or stolen items.
Sightseeing:
By private motor coach/van with an escort and/or local site guide(s). Sightseeing and admission fees included as per final itinerary.
Tour Adjustment and Price:
If group does not reach adequate group size agreed upon by HTI and Director/host, HTI reserves the right to:
1)Reschedule the group to a different date specified by HTI;
2)Merge group with another group traveling to the same destination(s) as specified by HTI;
3) Reschedule the group to a different date and/or merge group traveling to the same destination(s) as specified by HTI;
If group does not reach adequate group size agreed upon by HTI and Director/host, the price or programming may be adjusted accordingly.
HTI reserves the right to change pricing based on exchange rates and fares applicable at the time of quotation and are therefore subject to change.
Fuel surcharges and taxes may be subject to increase at any time prior to departure date. It is the responsibility of the traveler to pay the difference.
Not Included:
Passports, visas, border crossing fees, meals not mentioned, wine and/or soft drink beverages with meals, extras beyond standard menu, excess baggage, telephone calls, fuel surcharges, laundry or any other items not explicitly stated as included.
Fuel surcharges and taxes may be subject to increase at any time prior to departure date. It is the responsibility of the traveler to pay the difference to Holy Travel as a separate charge for the tour.
Liability Disclaimer:
HTI hereby expressly disclaims any and all liability for any personal injury, property damage, loss of baggage, accident, delay or irregularity, any claim for special or consequential damages or any other loss which may be occasioned by the acts and/or omissions, whether negligent, wrongful or intentional of any air carrier, hotel/motel or other lodging operator, railroad operator, bus operator, public transportation, sea carrier, local sightseeing company, tour operator, tour leader or spiritual director, any employees thereof, or for any other entity or individual not under the direct supervision and control of HTI when engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith. HTI further disclaims any liability for any damages, losses or expenses incurred, or inconvenience caused, due to delay or changes in schedules, defaults, over booking of hotels or airlines, sickness, weather, strikes, quarantines, beyond HTI’s control. HTI likewise disclaims any liability for statements, actions or inactions of any intermediary agents such as group administrators, spiritual directors or tour leaders, travel agents or any other intermediary involved with selling, promotion or operation of HTI’s tours. Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, HTI disclaims any liability of any damages or injuries, or other losses whatsoever, sustained or incurred as a result of the negligence of HTI. Group administrators, spiritual leaders and tour leaders likewise expressly disclaim any liability for the acts and/or omissions of any of the above entities and/or individuals not directly under their supervision or control. Please be advised that the liability of carriers as well as providers of hotel and lodging accommodations is limited by law and you may thus wish to consider purchasing the Passenger Travel Protection Plan and/or additional insurance to protect yourself against any losses or injuries suffered as result of their acts and/ omissions. In no event shall HTI’s liability exceed the amounts paid by you for participation in the tour, and subject to the provisions and cancellation fees as set forth in this text. In the event that the tour leader and/or director named in a brochure or itinerary does not travel with the group and a substitute is not named therein, HTI reserves the right to make substitutions of its choosing for such person(s). HTI is not responsible for any misquotes contained in any promotional materials or other accompanying documentations and the contents therein may be changed at any time without notice and at HTI’s sole discretion.
Policy Against Discrimination:
HTI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, and physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation or status as a Vietnam or other Veterans in the provision of its tour and pilgrimage services.
Photography:
The photos shown on this website and any other promotional materials are intended only as samples of the sites visited by certain tours and unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary, no implication is made that these sites will be visited or seen on the tour. HTI reserves the right to take photographs during operation of any tour and to use such photographs for promotional purposes.
HTI reserves the right not to share photographs and video taken during any tour at any destination(s). Any Participant who prefers that their image not be used is asked to notify HTI in writing prior to departure.
Arbitration of Disputes:
All parties to this agreement agree that any controversy or claim arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions, any promotional materials, website, or the tour itself, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Claims shall be heard by single arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Houston, Texas. The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. In any case of arbitration or dispute, HTI shall not bear any costs and expenses of the arbitrator’s administrative fees of arbitration.
