    We depart for Caesarea, where St. Peter baptized the first Gentile convert (Cornelius) and where St. Paul was imprisoned. Then we proceed to Mt. Carmel and celebrate Mass at the Chapel of Stella Mares.

    TIBERIAS - SEA OF GALILEE - CAPERNAUM - MT OF BEATITUDES

    We begin with a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. We then visit Capernaum, where Jesus began his ministry. We then continue on to Peter Primary the location where Jesus appeared to his apostles and miracle of the fishes. Visit Tabgha to commemorate the Multiplication of the Loaves and the Fishes. Tour the Mt. of Beatitudes and gain a panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee. We continue to the Baptismal Site at the Jordan River where Christians may renew their baptismal vows.

    TIBERIAS - CANA - MT. TABOR - NAZARETH - JERUSALEM

    We depart for Cana, site of Jesus’ first miracle at the wedding feast. Here we celebrate Mass and invite couples to renew their marriage vows. Then we drive to Mt. Tabor, the site of the Transfiguration. We continue to Nazareth where we visit the Basilica of the Annunciation. We then continue to St. Joseph's Workshop and Mary's Well.

    JERUSALEM - MT. OF OLIVES - BETHANY

    We ascend the Mt. of Olives, where we gain a panoramic view of the Old City of Jerusalem. We visit Bethany the home of Martha, Mary, and Lazarus. It is here where you will tour the Chapel of Ascension. We arrive at Pater Noster, the location where Jesus taught his disciples the Lord’s Prayer (Our Father) and Church of Dominus Flavit (where Jesus wept over Jerusalem). We descend the Mt. of Olives to the Church of All Nations and celebrate Mass. After lunch, we continue to the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu (where Peter denied Christ), the House of Caiphas, and the Church of the Dormition of Our Lady, We visit the Upper Room, commemorating the Last Supper.

    JERUSALEM - EXCURSION TO BETHLEHEM - EIN KAREM CHURCH OF VISITATION

    We depart the hotel and visit the Shepherds' Field. Visit the Church of the Nativity, and St. Jerome's Chapel. We celebrate Mass at the Church of St. Catherine of Alexandria which is one of the parish churches for Bethlehem's jubilee of merci doors for Catholics as Pope Francis declared it. We will allow extra time for souvenir shopping in Bethlehem.

    JERUSALEM - THE OLD CITY

    We rise before dawn and enter Jerusalem through Stephen's Gate. We proceed to the Chapel of the Flagellation (where Our Lord was scourged), then as a group you can choose to carry a cross as we follow the Via Dolorosa (Stations of the Cross) praying the rosary at each station along the route. We complete the Stations and enter the Church of the Holy Sepulchre where we celebrate Mass. We visit the Church of St. Anne, marking the place of birth of the Blessed Mother, visiting as well the nearby Pools of Bethesda. We then have free time for shopping or visit other sites in the Old City.

    JERUSALEM - EXCURSION TO QUMRAN

    On our way, we visit Jericho to view the Mt. of Temptations from a distance. This city was the site of Joshua’s first dramatic conquest. We also visit Qumran (site of the Dead Sea Scrolls), and the Dead Sea for an optional swim (bring your swimsuit). In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner with your fellow pilgrims.

    Today we board our return flight home. This concludes our services, thank you for traveling with Holy Travel.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions update effective as of April 1, 2021 for all current and future trip registrations.
Please note: Each tour may have its own specific set of Terms and Conditions. For clarification, please contact your tour director or Holy Travel at (844)772-7717.

Making any payment (cash, credit/debit card or otherwise) towards any tour constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all terms, conditions, and liability waiver stated herein. Holy Travel Inc. shall be referred to as HTI within the following text.

Liability Waiver

I, the traveler, fully acknowledge and understand that traveling to and from any destination poses inherent risks which may result in personal property loss, personal injury, and death. I, the traveler, also assume and accept full responsibility for the inherent risks of participation in tour activities for any loss, injury, damage or death. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify HTI against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf.

Travel Documents:

All travelers require a valid passport. Passports must remain valid six months beyond the trip return date. For more information, please inquire with the Department of State or with the appropriate embassies.

Registration, Insurance, and Payments:

A minimum payment of $800 per person is required upon registration along with a signed copy of the registration form. Registrations are processed in the order received by HTI, if registering by mail. Balance of payment is due 100 days prior to departure. Late payments are subject to a non-refundable $150 late fee, per day. Late registrations (fewer than 100 days) must be accompanied by full payment by cashier’s check (including the optional travel protection plan payment, if applicable), plus a non-refundable $500 late fee; The same applies if purchasing through the website. HTI reserves the right to cancel reservations that are not paid in full 99 days prior to departure and to charge cancellation fees/penalties indicated below. A non-refundable $50 fee will be charged on all checks and online payments returned by our bank. 

Travel Warning:

Please be advised if there is a travel warning issued by the Department of State, cancellation for this reason will not constitute grounds for refund of the cancellation fees listed below.

Individual Cancellation Fees & Refunds (coupon credit):

Please note all cancellations and/or payments (balance) will be credited as coupon, minus any cancellation fees, including credit card processing fees. Coupon must be used within 24 months from initial payment date.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

1)A non-refundable 15% of tour price (Including the optional travel protection plan payment, if applicable) if cancelled any time up to 240 days prior to the tour’s departure date;

2)A non-refundable 15% of tour price plus $350 (Including the optional travel protection plan payment, if applicable) if cancelled 149 to 101 days prior to the tour’s departure date;

3)$800 plus any non-refundable amounts paid to and/or penalties for travel services (up to the total cost of the tour) if cancelled up to 100 days prior to the tour’s departure date.

The above cancellation fees and/or penalties will also apply if you register for an optional extension or airline routing, and you decide to cancel or change any of these. HTI strongly recommends a Travel Protection Plan. Please read the Travel Protection Plan section or dial (844)772-7717 for more information.

Changes in Package:

After initial sales order, invoicing, and/or receipt, any change in package from air inclusive to “land only” or vice versa is subject to a non-refundable $300 per person, per change processing fee. Any remaining balance will be credited as a coupon.

Tour Operation & Cancellation:

While no changes are anticipated, HTI expressly reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the tour or to make any changes to the date of travel and/or itinerary, for any reason, or whenever HTI deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour participants. In the event of any alteration to the travel date and/or itinerary, every effort will be made to substitute the altered with a comparable replacement. If a tour is cancelled in its entirety by HTI, full refunds shall be issued as a credit coupon within three weeks of such cancellation (valid within 24 months from initial payment). This will constitute in full, HTI’s obligation to you and HTI bears no further responsibility beyond the full refund. HTI shall not be held liable and hereby expressly disclaims liability for any loss, expense, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of any tour cancellation or changes made to the travel date and/or itinerary. Furthermore, HTI is not responsible for any additional costs or fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other travel arrangements.

Cancellation Beyond HTI’s Control:

HTI expressly disclaims any responsibility for any losses or expenses incurred due to cancellation or alteration of the tour resulting from, but not limited to: cancellations due to travel advisories or warnings issued by the State Department or any other relevant authority, acts of war, war, terrorism, internal conflicts within countries of destination, acts of God, natural disasters or any other circumstance beyond HTI’s control. In such cases, HTI will assist you in requesting refunds (coupon credit) for all services prepaid but not rendered, less a non-refundable $1800 per person administrative fee and other related costs. HTI shall not be held responsible for any non-recoverable amounts disbursed to carriers or other service providers on your behalf.

Unpaid Balances:

Any rescheduled tours starting from September 2019 due to Covid-19 and/or other reasons, payments are non-refundable and client balance is transferred as a voucher valid until January 1, 2023.

For rescheduled tours, receive a 10% discount on remaining balance if payments are completed by May 30, 2020. If you've already received another promotional discount, you may receive a 5% discount instead.

For rescheduled trips in 2021 and 2022, receive a 10% discount on remaining balance if payments are completed by January 31, 2021

Failure to complete payments on any rescheduled tour will result in a $150 penalty fee, per day.

In case of travelers not completing their full payment up to departure date, they will be responsible for paying all litigation expenses (lawyers, disputes, arbitration, etc.) in addition to a $500 penalty fee, per day.

Travel Protection Plan:

Travel Protection Plans are offered by Travel Insured International and are strongly recommended. A Travel Protection Plan enrollment form consisting of description of coverage will be provided by email or mail, as per your request. The plan fee is based on the tour price and taxes (as well as single room supplement and airline add-ons, if applicable) and will appear as an optional item on your invoice. Some benefits are time sensitive so we recommend all travelers purchase a plan at the time of initial trip deposit. Travel Protection is non-refundable 14 days after purchase.

Health:

Most foreign countries do not conform to the USA Disabilities Act Standard. HTI cannot provide individual assistance to tour members for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches or transportation vehicles. Participants who need such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion at all times and at their own expense. Furthermore, while HTI cannot accept responsibility for providing access to all facilities included in a tour, HTI will make every effort to assist in providing mobility aides to the extent feasible and with applicable costs borne by the participant. HTI assumes no responsibly for the participant’s inability to fully participate in the tour, nor can HTI provide any refund for non-participation in any part of the tour.

Air Transportation:

All airline tickets are round-trip economy class, including one checked luggage piece and are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise. It is the traveler’s responsibility for providing HTI and the airlines with their information as indicated in their passport. Once traveler receives issued ticket from HTI, it is also their responsibility to confirm their information is correct as indicated in their passport. If there is any issue or mistake, it is their responsibility to contact the airline to correct the problem. Any cancellation, itinerary changes, or failure to use confirmed space would be subject to penalties and/or fees levied by the airline at the time of ticketing. Airfare, airline carrier, and airline schedules are subject to change without notice. Airline and cruise fuel surcharges and security fee surcharges (if any) that occur after the date of printing of any promotional materials, brochure, website, and social media are the responsibility of the passenger.

Deviations:

Passengers arranging their own flights are responsible for meeting the group at the first hotel of the group’s itinerary. HTI is not responsible for itinerary changes necessitated by changes in the airline’s schedule.

Deviations from the group flight itinerary are not possible. If you wish to make your own airline arrangements and purchase the ‘land only’ version of the tour package, please contact our office for the ‘land only’ pricing.

Airline Seating, Frequent Flyer & Meal Requests:

Seating is on a group basis only. HTI cannot accommodate any individual request. HTI advises that you contact the airline for frequent flyer miles and special meal requests two weeks prior to departure. Baggage is at risk at all times. We strongly suggest that you bring only one piece of checked luggage and one carry-on. Porterage is included at hotels only for one piece of luggage; the passenger is responsible at all time for carrying carry-on luggage. No porterage at airports.

Hotel Accommodations:

Tour prices are based on double/twin accommodations with private bathroom facilities (limited number of single rooms available). No price reduction for triple rooms. Triple room consists of twin/double room plus a roll-away bed, or whatever is provided by the hotel and confirmation is based on availability.

If no roommate is available for you or your roommate cancels prior to departure, it is your sole responsibility to find a roommate, otherwise, a single supplement surcharge will apply automatically. You will not be able to travel unless paid in full prior to departure, as specified in single supplement amount.

Porterage is included at hotels only for one piece of luggage; the passenger is responsible at all time for carrying carry-on luggage. No porterage at airports.

Baggage and personal items are at risk at all times. HTI and hotels shall not be held liable for lost or stolen items.

Sightseeing:

By private motor coach/van with an escort and/or local site guide(s). Sightseeing and admission fees included as per final itinerary.

Tour Adjustment and Price:

If group does not reach adequate group size agreed upon by HTI and Director/host, HTI reserves the right to: 

1)Reschedule the group to a different date specified by HTI;

2)Merge group with another group traveling to the same destination(s) as specified by HTI;

3) Reschedule the group to a different date and/or merge group traveling to the same destination(s) as specified by HTI;

If group does not reach adequate group size agreed upon by HTI and Director/host, the price or programming may be adjusted accordingly.

HTI reserves the right to change pricing based on exchange rates and fares applicable at the time of quotation and are therefore subject to change.

Fuel surcharges and taxes may be subject to increase at any time prior to departure date. It is the responsibility of the traveler to pay the difference.

Not Included:

Passports, visas, border crossing fees, meals not mentioned, wine and/or soft drink beverages with meals, extras beyond standard menu, excess baggage, telephone calls, fuel surcharges, laundry or any other items not explicitly stated as included.

Fuel surcharges and taxes may be subject to increase at any time prior to departure date. It is the responsibility of the traveler to pay the difference to HTI as a separate charge for the tour.

Liability Disclaimer:

HTI hereby expressly disclaims any and all liability for any personal injury, property damage, loss of baggage, accident, delay or irregularity, any claim for special or consequential damages or any other loss which may be occasioned by the acts and/or omissions, whether negligent, wrongful or intentional of any air carrier, hotel/motel or other lodging operator, railroad operator, bus operator, public transportation, sea carrier, local sightseeing company, tour operator, tour leader or director, any employees thereof, or for any other entity or individual not under the direct supervision and control of HTI when engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection therewith. HTI further disclaims any liability for any damages, losses or expenses incurred, or inconvenience caused, due to delay or changes in schedules, defaults, over booking of hotels or airlines, sickness, weather, strikes, quarantines, beyond HTI’s control. HTI likewise disclaims any liability for statements, actions or inaction of any intermediary agents such as group administrators, directors or tour leaders, travel agents or any other intermediary involved with selling, promotion or operation of HTI’s tours. Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, HTI disclaims any liability of any damages or injuries, or other losses whatsoever, sustained or incurred as a result of the negligence of HTI. Group administrators, spiritual leaders and tour leaders likewise expressly disclaim any liability for the acts and/or omissions of any of the above entities and/or individuals not directly under their supervision or control. Please be advised that the liability of carriers as well as providers of hotel and lodging accommodations is limited by law and you may thus wish to consider purchasing a Travel Protection Plan and/or additional insurance to protect yourself against any losses or injuries suffered as result of their acts and/or omissions. In no event shall HTI’s liability exceed the amounts paid by you for participation in the tour, and subject to the provisions and cancellation fees as set forth in this text. In the event that the tour leader and/or director named in a brochure or itinerary does not travel with the group and a substitute is not named therein, HTI reserves the right to make substitutions of its choosing for such person(s). HTI is not responsible for any misquotes contained in any promotional materials or other accompanying documentations and the contents therein may be changed at any time without notice and at HTI’s sole discretion.

Policy Against Discrimination:

HTI does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, and physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, sexual orientation or status as a Vietnam or other Veterans in the provision of its tour and pilgrimage services.

Photography:

The photos shown on this website and any other promotional materials are intended only as samples of the sites visited by certain tours and unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary, no implication is made that these sites will be visited or seen on the tour. HTI reserves the right to take photographs during operation of any tour and to use such photographs for promotional purposes. 

HTI reserves the right not to share photographs and video taken during any tour at any destination(s).

Any Participant who prefers that their image not be used is asked to notify HTI in writing prior to departure.

Arbitration of Disputes:

All parties to this agreement agree that any controversy or claim arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions, any promotional materials, website, or the tour itself, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Claims shall be heard by single arbitrator. The place of arbitration shall be Houston, Texas. The arbitration shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. In any case of arbitration or dispute, HTI shall not bear any costs and expenses of the arbitrator’s administrative fees of arbitration.
