    We depart for Mexico City. Upon arrival your group will be greeted by your guide and driver. Enjoy a panoramic tour of the city on your way to the hotel. Relax for the evening with your fellow pilgrims in Mexico City.

    This morning we begin by visiting the Church of Santiago Tlatelolco where Juan Diego was baptized. We then make our way to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Following Mass, we will join our fellow pilgrims in front of the “Tilma”, where Our Lady’s image was miraculously imprinted. Afterward, we make our way to Tepeyac Hill, the site where Juan Diego met the Virgin of Guadalupe in December 1531, and received the iconic image of the Lady of Guadalupe.

    We begin our day with a stop in Tulpetlac, where the Blessed Virgin Maria de Guadalupe appeared to Juan Bernardino, Juan Diego’s uncle. We continue to Teotihuacan, to tour the amazing pyramids of the Sun and Moon. Afterward, we will also tour the Botanical Gardens. Located on one side of the Pyramid of the Sun, you’ll find the endemic vegetation of the area, such as, nopales, avocados, figs, limes, and aloe.

    Today we depart for Tlaxcala to visit the Shrine of St. Michael the Archangel. Afterward, we make our way to Puebla, City of the Angels and Churches. We visit the unforgettable Chapel of the Rosary where we celebrate Mass and have the opportunity for Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. We then visit the Cathedral, Santo Domingo Church, and Church of St. Francis to see the incorrupt body of St. Sebastian. Later in the afternoon, we will also have time to shop in the open-air market for souvenirs.

    Today we start early by making our way to Cuernavaca to visit the Palace of Cortés and the Cuernavaca Cathedral, built in a grand, fortress-like style. Afterward, we end our day with a visit to Taxco and the beautiful Plaza de Santa Prisca.

    We make our way to the canals of Xochimilco, the last remnants of a vast water transport system built by the Aztecs. You will see the colorful gondola-like boats while vendors, artisans, and mariachi bands float past. We will also visit the Franciscan Monastery of San Bernardino di Siena. Afterward, we make our way to Coyoacan to visit the Chapel of Santa Caterina and the Church of St. John the Baptist.

    This morning we begin by visiting the Church of La Sagrada Familia which houses the remains of Fr. Miguel Agustin Pro and the museum dedicated to this important martyr. We will also visit the National Palace, Templo Mayor, the Zocalo, and the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Assumption of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary. In the evening, enjoy a farewell dinner with your fellow pilgrims in Mexico City.
